Andy was part of the team that launched the family office business for Fidelity Investments. Over an 18-year period, Andy designed and built the relationship management function, managed and expanded the business development team, and was head of the  Fidelity Family Office Group. He was part of the team that started the Forge Community, has published thought leadership pieces, and has worked with hundreds of families.

I have had the great fortune of always starting something new, or transforming something that needed new life. Today, I am doing just that with the decision to branch out on my own with the launch of my consulting firm dedicated to new beginnings or transitions for my clients.

Working with a number of family offices, I saw the great work they do supporting their clients. However, it became clear that over time, offices add more services and people without having the opportunity to evaluate what they do and how they do it. Having been part of the team that built Fidelity’s Family Office Services Group and supporting hundreds of families, I have experience analyzing  how functions can evolve, scale and improve to provide a better outcome for clients. I take proven business processes and apply them to family office needs and initiatives.
